As this eventful year draws to an end, we find ourselves in NOLA celebrating a decade birthday.<\/p>\n

We arrived Monday evening after an easy three hour plane ride and explored “The Crescent City.” This nickname refers to New Orleans’s location within a bend of the Mississippi River.<\/p>\n

The famous Bourbon Street was tacky and crowded with rowdy young tourists. Other streets were much more appealing.<\/p>\n

Over the last two days, we returned to the French Quarter to admire the architecture, explore the district, and enjoy ‘The Big Easy.’<\/p>\n
